For any referral we hire into the Senior Account Executive role who completes four months with us. One payment, in the first payroll cycle after the four-month mark.
No cap. Every qualifying hire pays ₪10,000.

Someone who would rather problem-solve with a nonprofit leader and become a real partner than hard-pitch a product for a quick sale. Based in Israel, working US hours. A long-term career role with commission that compounds as the book of business grows.

The fine print, kept plain
Who can refer?
CauseMatch employees and external contacts: friends, former colleagues, people from your community. Two exclusions: anyone involved in the hiring decision for this role, and professional recruiters or staffing agencies. This program is for personal networks, not sourcing businesses.
What counts as a referral?
A submission through the referral form before the candidate applies or enters our pipeline. The form timestamp is the record.
What if two people refer the same candidate?
First submission wins. No splits. So move fast.
What if the candidate is already in our pipeline?
The referral doesn't qualify. We'll tell you right away so there's no ambiguity later.
What if the candidate leaves before four months?
No payout. The four-month bar exists because a hire only counts as a success once they've proven out in the role.
Can I refer more than one person?
Yes. Each qualifying hire pays the full bonus. There's no cap.
What if you hire them for a different role?
This program covers the Senior Account Executive role only. If we hire your referral into another role, there's no automatic bonus, but talk to Joseph.
They want to apply on their own. What do I do?
Submit the form anyway, and have them mention your name in the application. If your submission came in before their application, you're covered.
